Alex or Ale-X?

If you know Alex, then you know that she's been around TWB from the beginning - one of the original worker-owners.

Long before TWB had an actual brick & mortar location, when it was still a bit of hope & a dream, Alex asked for a new beer for her birthday. Specifically, she wanted trees in her beer for her birthday....and that's how our Ale-X Juniper Rye ESB came to be!

A customer favourite from day 1, Ale-X is a classic English-style ale. It's very approachable but unique (kind of like Alex!), with a nice bite from the rye malt that balances the Juniper flavours.

Crisp, clear and a beautiful amber colour, Ale-X is currently available on draught in our taproom and in cans.
